The manager of a sex establishment, suspected of employing a high school girl, has not been indicted.

In 2022, a 40-year-old brothel operator was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police on suspicion of employing a 16-year-old high school girl and forcing her to provide sexual services to customers. As of April 26th, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office has decided not to indict the suspect.

The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office has not disclosed the reasons for the non-indictment.
