Four men, including the operators, were arrested on suspicion of conducting illegal sex trade operations inside a building in front of Hanshin Amagasaki Station.

On October 10th, the Hyogo Prefectural Police Security Division and Amagasaki Minami Police Station arrested four men, including a 37-year-old man who operates a sex business in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, on suspicion of violating the Entertainment Businesses Law (operating in a prohibited area). The arrests were made for conducting illegal sex trade operations inside a building in front of the Hanshin Electric Railway’s Amagasaki Station, in an area where storefront sex-related special businesses are banned by prefectural ordinance.
The other individuals arrested include the brother of the main suspect, a 33-year-old corporate executive from the same city, and two employees of the store, men aged 48 and 41, also residing in Amagasaki. They are suspected of providing sexual services to male customers in private rooms set up within a building on Showa Minamidori in the city, from around 1:20 PM to 1:55 PM on October 16, 2023, and again from around 8:00 PM to 8:35 PM on November 24, 2023, despite the location being in an area where storefront sex-related special businesses are prohibited. The police and related departments have not disclosed the acceptance or denial of the allegations by the suspects.
