Eighteen Arrested at Blowjob Bars in Kyobashi and Sakaihigashi on Public Indecency Charges – Osaka Prefectural Police

The Special Investigation Unit of the Osaka Prefectural Police has arrested 18 individuals, including the alleged de facto operator Shin Nakamura (43) from Higashishinsaibashi in Osaka, employees, and customers, on suspicion of public indecency. The arrests stem from incidents at Pink Salons (Pinsaro or “Blowjob Bars”) in the entertainment districts of Kyobashi and Sakaihigashi, where inappropriate acts were reportedly conducted. The police have not disclosed any statements or confessions from the arrested individuals.
On October 8, approximately 140 officers from the unit executed searches of three venues during business hours, resulting in the detention of customers who were found receiving services in a fully nude state.
Nakamura’s alleged offenses include conspiring with other employees from February to October to operate the Pink Salons “Gakkouzaka Sakaihigashi” (located in Sakai-ku, Sakai City) and “Gakkouzaka 3rd Year Class K” (Miyakojima-ku, Osaka). At these establishments, sexual services were allegedly provided to male customers by female staff in full nudity, in front of an unrestricted audience. Additionally, two male employees are suspected of running another establishment, “Kyobashi Cosplay Idol Academy” (also located in Miyakojima-ku), within a prohibited adult entertainment area between June and October.
