In connection with the arrest of 23 individuals, including managers of escort services, on charges of facilitating prostitution by female employees, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s Public Safety Division has also arrested Nobuhiro Kubota (44), believed to be the group’s operations head, and Hirotaka Yonezawa (45), the alleged accounting manager. Kubota, a resident of Takada, Toshima Ward, and Yonezawa, from Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima Ward, were arrested on suspicion of violating the Anti-Prostitution Act. Both suspects have denied the allegations, with Kubota stating, “I was not overseeing operations.”
According to the division, the group reportedly informed potential female employees that they would engage in “full-service” activities. Over the past three years, the group operated four locations in Tokyo, generating approximately ¥6.5 billion in revenue. Kubota is believed to have overseen operations across multiple stores.
